两件小事看中国的上帝

  <SPAN id=span_Body>我一直挺支持联想的,1998年我家第一台电脑就是联想天鹤&#46;可是现在这事令我对联想失去了信心~<BR>去年底我联想电脑主板烧了(联想锋行A6010,03年的机器),还在3年保内,维修人员说主板烧了算人为,不给保&#46;那我说我花钱从你们这再买一块怎么样?维修人员到联想网站上一查,告诉我这块技嘉早已停产的865pe主板(GA-8ISMT,在技嘉主页上找不到这块板)在他们这的价格--<BIG><FONT size=4>1800元</FONT></BIG>~<BR>我说你们这是明抢呀!停产的仓库积压货还这么贵?我买是帮你们忙了~<BR>人家维修的理直气壮的说,就因为停产了,物以稀为贵,现在sdrm的内存比ddr的贵~<BR>我一听就晕了,敢情电脑配件这东西也能当古董卖了~<BR>哪天去中央台&lt;&lt;鉴宝&gt;&gt;看看,我家那98年的电脑能值多少~<BR>买品牌机为的就是省事放心,可我现在只剩下费事闹心了~<BR>以后再也不买品牌机了,至少不买联想的了~<BR>本ID第一次发帖就发这种有损国货形象的东西,实非出于本意,不是想针对联想,只因心里实在憋屈,咽不下这口气,难道支持国货就应该被宰么?还是无耻的匿了吧~<BR><BR><BR><BR>再看看这位兄弟的遭遇,跟人家就是不能比呀,在中国一点都找不到上帝的感觉&#46;可能因为中国人都不信基督教吧&#46;<BR><BR>引用:<BR><BR>起因是这样的,04年夏天买了一个SANDISK的512M的U盘,到06年坏了,包装,发票,保修凭证全部都没了,所以国内两家代理都不肯给我换。<BR><BR>于是我找到SANDISK的国际站点,尝试着发了封邮件,结果被告之:如果中国代理不能换,就在美国帮我换,他们帮我创建了一个CASE,然后我把坏的U盘寄到了美国SANDISK总部,过了一段时间,他们回复邮件,坏的U盘已经收到,收到后的第三天新的U盘就通过UPS寄出了,5天后的今天,我收到了新的U盘。<BR><BR>他们的邮件里还提到,我把坏U盘寄过去的费用由他们报销15美圆,也就是说120多人民币,寄回的费用是他们出,这样整个更换过程几乎是免费的,而且在整个过程中,不断的有邮件通知我,我所寄出的有问题的产品的状态,一直在跟踪,由于邮件非常多,我选择了最重要的一封发出来,还有一些照片。<BR><BR>我寄过去的U盘,只有光秃秃的一个U盘,连盖子都没了,我收到更换后寄回来新的U盘,不但U盘,盖子,挂绳都有,甚至还送了我两个彩壳,so, 我对美国的这种售后服务简直是五体投地。<BR>我想只有这样的售后,才叫真正的服务吧,至少他们知道如何尊重自己的品牌。中国嘛&#46;没得比&#46;&#46;&#46;&#46;&#46;&#46;区别啊,差距啊!<BR><BR>================================================================<BR>Return Authorization ID: RX129009<BR>Product to be returned by Customer: SanDisk Cruzer?
